Caryn Frey

Caryn Frey is an experienced professional with a strong background in communications and customer service leadership. Currently serving as the Market Vice President for Cox Communications in Middle Georgia since March 2011, Caryn oversees market operations to enhance service delivery. Previous roles at Cox include Director of Field Services, focusing on performance optimization and customer satisfaction metrics, and Senior Manager of Customer Care Education, where Caryn developed educational strategies for the organization. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business English Consultant at Language Direct, assisting foreign executives, and various roles at Cox Communications in government relations and account management. Caryn's career began in public relations as an Account Executive at Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger and includes a tenure as Director of Member Relations at the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. Caryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Texas State University and studied at the Instituto de Allende in Mexico.
