Clovis Malcom

Clovis Malcom is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Network Engineer II in Tech National Network Operations at Cox Communications since February 2002, Clovis has been responsible for updating network infrastructure, monitoring data network events, and resolving chronic issues. Prior roles at Cypress Communications included Provision Network Engineer and Network Engineer, where key contributions involved configuring routers and switches, managing network installations, and troubleshooting complex network issues. Clovis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
