Clovis Malcom is an accomplished network engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Network Engineer III at Cox Communications since February 2002, Clovis has taken on the role of IP Ops Engineer III since July 2017, responsible for project management, customer care bridges, and overseeing IP backbone capacity and deployments, including code upgrades and various hardware installations and replacements. Prior experience includes positions at Cypress Communications, Bellsouth Enterprises Inc, and Delta Air Lines, all as a network engineer. Clovis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University, earned between 1981 and 1986.
