Dan Geist

Dan Geist serves as the Senior Manager of Design Engineering for Inet Services at Cox Communications since April 2002, focusing on the strategy and development of critical internet services and producing actionable metrics on service health and malicious use. Previously held roles include Senior Solutions Architect and Senior Security Engineer, where responsibilities involved evaluating projects, developing solutions, and mentoring junior staff. Prior to Cox Communications, Dan Geist was a Member of the Technical Staff at Channelogics Inc., managing network environments and communications systems. Dan Geist holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Telecom Networks from Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated from Norcross High. Outside of professional commitments, Dan Geist is involved in hobbies related to home performance, gardening, and automotive maintenance through GeistHaus.
