David Ririe is the Senior Director of Access Engineering at Cox Communications, where they lead a world-class engineering team responsible for the architecture, design, testing, and qualification of all Access/DOCSIS network elements. David has overseen the launch of the first residential (G)PON network and is currently managing the design, testing, and launch of DAA/Remote Phy deployments. With over ten years of experience in network upgrades and expansions, David has driven significant cost savings while establishing engineering guidelines and test plans for DOCSIS equipment. Prior to their tenure at Cox, David served in the US Air Force as an Airborne Command and Control Specialist.
