Don Schott

Don Schott has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with Cox Communications since April 1995, where roles have included Field Operations Supervisor, Field Operations Manager, and Field Service Representative. In these positions, responsibilities have encompassed leading teams to enhance end-user satisfaction, ensuring quality performance of installation and technical services, and providing frontline customer service for broadband systems. Prior to these roles, Don Schott served as a Technical Assistant at the Norwegian Film School, managing technical equipment and supporting film projects. Educationally, Don Schott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Kutztown University, obtained in 1987.
