Grace Pniewski

Grace Pniewski is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, retention, and talent development. At Centennial Academy, Grace served as a Counselor, leading the Employee Advisory Committee and successfully implementing recognition programs that resulted in a 10% increase in employee retention during the 2021-2022 school year. Following this role, Grace worked as a People Business Partner at Dominium, where responsibilities included advising on HR best practices and promoting talent planning activities. As a Talent Development Specialist, Grace created diverse training programs and managed materials for multiple initiatives. Currently, Grace holds the position of Employee Experience HRBP Manager at Cox Communications. Grace earned a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Georgia State University.
