Greg Griffis

Greg Griffis is an experienced telecommunications professional with over two decades of expertise in network engineering and operations. Currently serving as AVP of Wireline Access Network Engineering at Cox Communications since February 2002, Greg leads a team that specializes in architecture, design, and operations for various network technologies. Previous roles at Cox Communications include AVP of Network Engineering and Operations, Senior Director of Network and Security Engineering, and Director of Service Provider IP and Datacenter Network Engineering, where Greg consistently expanded responsibilities and teams. Prior to Cox, Greg held positions at Nortel Networks and Delta Airlines, focusing on network engineering and avionics. Greg earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in Telecommunications from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing the SCTE Executive Leadership Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
