Herb Stringfield

Herb Stringfield, MSEM, POPM, CSM, is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in agile development and process excellence. Currently serving at Cox Communications since November 2021, Herb leads business strategy and guides product vision for an agile team. Previously, as a Process Excellence Specialist at Finastra, Herb documented processes and facilitated workshops utilizing IBM Blueworks Live technology. Prior roles at Norfolk Southern Corporation included serving as a Product Owner, managing scrum teams, enhancing customer experience, and coordinating user acceptance testing. Herb's background also features industrial engineering at Newport News Shipbuilding, advising students at ACCESS College Foundation, and admissions counseling at Old Dominion University. Herb holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Old Dominion University.
