Jackie Vu

Jackie Vu is a Senior Onboarding Success Manager at Cox Communications, where they have been instrumental in enhancing onboarding processes since 2014. Previously, Jackie held various roles, including Training and Development Manager at Kaufman & Canoles and Training Coordinator at Williams Mullen, where they developed and implemented training programs that resulted in significant cost savings. Jackie has also served as a Project Manager for the National Security Education Program, effectively managing a substantial grant and coordinating study abroad programs. Their early career included vital volunteer work with Operation Smile, coordinating medical missions and overseeing patient care records. Jackie holds a BS/BA in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Christopher Newport University.
