Lara Boldin

Lara Boldin has over two decades of experience in workforce analytics, capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Director at Cox Communications since June 2011, Lara has previously held various leadership roles at AT&T Mobility, including Director and Senior Manager of Forecasting, as well as Call Center Operations Manager and Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Call Center Analyst at Service Zone. Lara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City, completed between 2013 and 2016, and has earlier educational qualifications from Delgado Community College and Clifton High School.
