Magaly Rivera is an experienced UX Lead currently at Cox Communications since April 2020, contributing to one of the largest cable providers in the U.S. Previously, Magaly held several senior UX roles, including at Huddle, Inc. and InterContinental Hotels Group, where strategic design efforts led to significant mobile revenue increases. As the founder of Welcome to Puerto Rico!, a non-profit organization established in September 1994, Magaly has been instrumental in promoting Puerto Rican culture through digital platforms. In May 2024, Magaly joined Sisters Lemonade LLC as Director of Ecommerce, focusing on enhancing online customer experiences and driving sales through innovative strategies. Magaly holds a BS in Computer Science from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
