Marsha Smith

Marsha Smith serves as the Sr Director of Strategic HR Solutions at Cox Communications since April 2021, having previously held the title of Director in the same field. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at EY starting in 2013, where roles spanned from People Advisory Services Senior Consultant to People Advisory Services Manager Consultant. Earlier in the career, Marsha held an internship at Assurant Specialty Property, contributing to the development of online collaboration solutions and employee engagement modules. A role as Group Communications Executive at CGM Gallagher Group involved creating employee communication programs and managing communications budgets, earning a Managing Director’s Award for outstanding performance. Additionally, Marsha’s experience includes working as an Account Executive at CGR Communications, providing consulting for a World Bank-backed initiative. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ithaca College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
