Michael O'Connor has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology industries, holding various leadership roles at Cox Communications since 2005, including Executive Director of Call Center Operations and Vice President of Customer and Business Operations. Prior to this, Michael was the Owner and CEO of Fiocon, Inc. from 2002 to 2009, held the position of Director of Customer Service at Frontier Communications for a year, and served as Sr. Manager at Gateway Computers for a decade. Michael O'Connor earned an MBA in Management from Regis University between 2006 and 2009.
