Michael Park

Michael Park has over 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with Cox Communications since 2006. Currently serving as a Senior Communications/Network Engineer, Michael focuses on test automation architecture, data management, and network integrations for VoIP projects. Previously, Michael held roles including Senior Wireless Engineer, where responsibilities included leading the core wireless deployment and optimizing VoIP and data traffic. Earlier experience includes serving as an AIN Engineer at Cox, facilitating TV CallerID feature deployment, and working as a Translations DBA at Access Integrated Networks, preparing for POTS resale migrations. Michael began the career as a Service Technician II at ITC Deltacom, specializing in fault isolation for telecommunications services.
