Michael Ramsey

Michael (Mike) Ramsey is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Technology at Cox Communications since September 2018, Michael oversees the implementation of Pega decisioning for optimizing offers across agent-assisted and self-service channels. Prior to this, Michael held multiple senior management positions at Accenture from April 2006 to August 2018, where responsibilities included mobilizing large teams for application development and integrating complex systems for customer service platforms. Michael's experience also encompasses significant project management roles, including a successful SAP ERP implementation in the EMEA region and the development of standardized processes for various sales channels. Michael holds a degree in Management and Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is pursuing an MBA at the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
