Nancy Murphy has extensive experience in learning and workforce capability, currently serving as AVP at Cox Communications since January 2003, with previous positions including Executive Director of Learning Operations and Director of Talent Management & Development. Prior to Cox Communications, Nancy held leadership positions at Schaller Anderson, Avnet, AdvancePCS, Caremark, and Restaura, where responsibilities included driving corporate training and development initiatives.
