Nancy Murphy

Nancy Murphy has extensive experience in learning and workforce capability, currently serving as AVP at Cox Communications since January 2003, with previous positions including Executive Director of Learning Operations and Director of Talent Management & Development. Nancy's role involves overseeing Talent Management and Development services, including curriculum design, learning technology, and employee training. Prior to Cox Communications, Nancy held leadership positions at Schaller Anderson, Avnet, AdvancePCS, Caremark, and Restaura, where responsibilities included driving corporate training and development initiatives. Nancy holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Arizona State University.
