Paul Blaser

Paul Blaser is an accomplished wireless technology leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director of Wireless Technology at Cox Communications since July 2020, Paul oversees the development and implementation of wireless projects in preparation for future service launches. Prior roles include VPGM for Crown Castle's South Area Small Cell Networks, where Paul achieved significant growth in small cell node deployment, and AVP for DAS and Indoor Small Cell RF Engineering at AT&T, where innovative RF design strategies were established. Previous positions at Cox Communications, inCode Wireless, MariTEL, Galaxy Engineering Services, Nextel, and Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems have contributed to a robust understanding of RF engineering, network deployment, and operations management. Paul holds a BSEET degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
