Rhett Ables

Rhett Ables serves as the Chief Retention Officer at Quintessa Marketing, overseeing Human Resources, Customer Retention, and Sales since September 2022. Rhett also holds the position of Vice President, People and Culture at PTG International, Inc., while advising FEMA on HR Data Analytics to meet staffing needs. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at Walmart, Executive Human Resources Officer for the Oklahoma Army National Guard, and various HR positions at Amazon. Rhett's educational background includes bachelor's degrees in Military and Strategic Leadership and Justice Administration from Rogers State University, a MicroMasters in Microeconomics from MIT, and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Information Technology at Southern New Hampshire University.
