Sam Plant is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in analytics applications and business intelligence systems. Currently serving as Senior Director of Analytics Applications at Cox Communications, Sam has successfully implemented key performance indicators, enhanced operational capabilities, and integrated innovative troubleshooting platforms. Previous roles include Director of Data Science, where Sam led the development of a self-service troubleshooting platform and drove significant improvements in customer support metrics. With a foundation in financial analysis and accounting from Georgia-Pacific LLC and an entrepreneurial background as a General Manager at P1 Ventures, Sam holds multiple degrees in Accounting and Finance, including an MBA from Georgia State University.
