Andy Cox

Andy Cox is the Owner, Founder, and Consultant Advocate at Cox Consulting Network. Andy has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry and has been with Cox Consulting Network since it’s inception in 2011. Prior to that, they worked for Robert Half Management Resources from May 2011 to March 2017. There, they were responsible for outside sales of temporary staffing services specializing in senior and management level finance and accounting professionals. Andy was also in charge of recruitment, negotiation of bill rates and contracts, and hiring/training/coaching a team of staffing managers. Andy was successful in rebuilding the Management Resources division in Austin and led the team to an all-time high number of billable hours in 2015. Andy is skilled in identifying opportunities and converting them to new customer accounts, creating business alliances, and establishing relationships with new clients. Andy is able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, which has resulted in him being highly successful in the staffing industry.

Andy Cox has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
