Fred Eason

Fred Eason is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cox Enterprises since May 2018, Fred has previously held similar roles at Randstad Sourceright and AT&T, managing the full-cycle recruitment process and developing strong partnerships with hiring managers. Notably, Fred also served as an RPO Talent Delivery Manager for Microsoft, overseeing a team of recruiting professionals and developing strategies to meet hiring goals. Additional experience includes supervisory roles in sales and training at Comcast and MCI Worldcom.
