Toni Paschall currently serves as AVP and Associate General Counsel for Corporate Transactions at Cox Enterprises since February 2020, following an extensive legal career that includes roles such as Counsel at Baker & Hostetler LLP and Corporate Counsel at Gentiva Health Services. Prior experience encompasses positions at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, and Blank Rome LLP, as well as an extensive tenure as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Toni Paschall earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from North Carolina Central University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
