Gavin Wesson

Gavin Wesson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations within the aerospace and marine industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Cox Marine since September 2021, Wesson has previously held significant roles at GKN Aerospace, including Chief Operating Officer for Civil Airframe and Transformation, and CEO of the Special Products Group. Prior to GKN, Wesson worked at GE Aviation as Site Leader and Managing Director, and held various management positions at Doncasters Group Limited, Firth Rixson, and BAE Systems. Wesson's educational background includes leadership training at GE Crontonville and studies at The University of Hull and Lancaster University.
