Ben Dutton

Ben Dutton is a real estate professional and entrepreneur focused on developing real estate with innovation, creativity, and a passion for enriching the built environment. They currently serve as President of CoxUniversal Group (2022–Present) and as Principal at Ardington Group (2016–Present). Earlier, they held leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Pangman Development Corporation (2017–2021) and President & CEO of Casman Group of Companies (2011–2016), where they led a $160M construction company and executed a turnaround. Their past experience includes roles at Cherrywood Homes (President, 2011–2016), PulteGroup (Director of Land Development and Attorney-in-fact, 2004–2010), MCO Properties (Department Manager-Development/Project Manager, 2002–2004), and Stanley Consultants (Civil Engineer, 1997–2002). Education includes an MBA from KGSM (2000–2001), a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Leeds University (1993–1996), and attendance at The University of Western Ontario's Ivey Business School in 2012.
