Randy Shingleton

Randy Shingleton serves as the Administrative Director of Engineering at CoxHealth since October 2025. Previously, Randy held the position of Vice President of Facilities at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority from May 2019 to October 2025, overseeing Maintenance/Engineering and Capital Projects. From 2013 to May 2019, Randy was the Director of Facilities Operations at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, managing Maintenance, Grounds, and Building Services. Prior experience includes Director III of Facilities Maintenance & Operations at the Clark County School District, where Randy supervised over 2000 staff and managed a $140 million budget, and held various roles including Coordinator of Requirements and Mechanical Engineering Specialist at CCSD. Randy's early career included serving as a Project Engineer at REECo on the Nevada Test Site and as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included tracking orbiting space objects. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1981 and 1985.
