Brian Fast

Brian Fast is a legal professional with extensive experience in securities, corporate finance, M&A, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Partner and Vice Chair in Canadian Capital Markets and Securities at Cozen O'Connor since March 2022, Brian previously held the position of Partner in Corporate Finance and Securities at Miller Thomson LLP from July 2016 to March 2022. Prior to this, Brian worked as an Associate at Boughton Law Corporation from May 2012 to June 2016, having also completed an articling student position at the same firm in 2011. Brian Fast earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2012 and a degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba in 2009. Education was preceded by time at St. John's Ravenscourt.
