Chris Raphaely is the Co-Chair of the Health Law Department at Cozen O'Connor, a position held since July 2014 after transitioning from Jefferson Health System, where Chris served as Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel for the accountable care organization and captive professional liability insurance companies. Prior legal experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel at Jefferson Health System, where critical roles were undertaken in significant transactions, and as a Partner at Duane Morris LLP, specializing in health law. Additionally, Chris has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor teaching health care finance at Widener University Schools of Law and Drexel University. Chris earned a J.D. from Temple University School of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
