Max Weiss is a member of Cozen O'Connor’s Real Estate Practice Group since June 2022, having previously served as an associate within the same group. Prior to this, Max held the positions of Chief of Staff and Director of Legislation and Policy for City Council Member Jamie R. Gauthier from January 2020 to June 2022. Max began work at Cozen O'Connor as an associate from September 2016 to January 2020, with earlier experience as a summer associate and a judicial intern. Additional experience includes serving as a secondary mathematics teacher, a corps member with Teach for America, and chairperson of the Philadelphia Youth Commission. Max holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Teaching Certification in Secondary Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
