Michael C. is an accomplished legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in venture capital and emerging businesses. Currently serving as a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Emerging Business and Venture Capital Group at Cozen O'Connor since May 2020, Michael co-founded Great Pet Care, which was acquired by Covetrus, and served as General Counsel at Genies, Inc. and PetCoach, the latter also acquired by Petco. Michael co-founded Baer Crossey McDemus and Baer Crossey Ventures, focusing on democratizing legal services for startups through technology and innovative solutions.
