Thomas Markward has over two decades of experience in user experience and support roles within the technology and business sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of User Experience at Cozen O'Connor since May 2000, Thomas has also held positions as Director of User Support and Enterprise Network Administrator. Prior experience includes a role as Group Lead Fulfillment at Harte-Hanks, Inc. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kansas State University and an Associate's degree in the same field from Camden County College.
