Trevor Hoffmann

Trevor Hoffmann is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of restructuring and bankruptcy law. Currently serving as a Director at Goulston & Storrs since July 2018, Trevor focuses on representing debtors, creditors, acquirers, and lenders, with a particular emphasis on private equity firms, hedge funds, and developers in the acquisition of distressed assets. Prior to this role, Trevor was a Partner in the Restructuring Group at Haynes and Boone, LLP from July 2008 to July 2018 and held legal positions at Luskin, Stern & Eisler LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Trevor began the legal career as an articling student and summer law clerk at various firms. Academic credentials include a Law degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
