Roger P. B. is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the landscaping equipment and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for both Brinly-Hardy Company and Spyker Spreaders since May 2019, Roger oversees multiple premium brands related to sports turf management and commercial/residential renovation. Previous roles include Director of Sales at Schiller Grounds Care, Inc. and North America Business Unit Director for AAF International's Environmental Products. Roger has also held leadership positions at Brinly-Hardy Co., Gardner Denver, and Emco Wheaton. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and various certifications from institutions in England.

He crafted the first “Brinly” plow with a wooden moldboard, cast iron front, point and heel bolt.
