James Gleason

James Gleason is a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Proposals Manager currently at CP Engineers. With years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Proposal Coordinator, James excelled in creating compliant proposals and promotional materials in the AEC industry. Previously, they worked at KS Engineers, P.C. and Di Cara | Rubino Architects, where they developed strategic marketing materials and presentations. James began their career as a Graphic Designer at DexYP, significantly contributing to advertising campaigns for numerous local clients. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design at Montclair State University while also studying Web Design and Technical Web Development at The Art Institutes.
