Patrick Freshour has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Patrick currently holds the position of Assistant Chief Engineer at CP Group, previously known as Crocker Partners, starting in June 2021. Before that, they worked as the Chief Engineer at MAA from February 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were a part of the Utilities & Energy Chiller Operations Group at Georgia Institute of Technology from July 2018 to February 2019. From June 2016 to July 2018, they served as the Chief Engineer at Transwestern. In March 2016, they briefly held the position of Chief Engineer at JLL. In terms of long-standing experience, they worked at Hines for 15 years, starting in October 2000 as an Assistant Engineering Manager. Lastly, at the beginning of their career, they served as a USMC Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1990.
Patrick Freshour attended Chowan College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Social Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Patrick obtained an Energy Efficiency Badge from the U.S. Green Building Council in June 2017, and another Energy Efficiency Badge from the same institution in June 2017 as well. Patrick also received a certification called "5 in 30" from Green Business Certification Inc. in August 2015. Furthermore, Patrick has certifications such as LEED AP O & M from LEED Green Associate, Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Program Universal Technician from Ferris State University, Systems Maintenance Administrator from BOMI Institute, and USGBC Certified AP from LEED Green Associate, although the months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
