Daniel Berardo

Daniel Berardo, CPHR, serves as the Vice President and previously as the Director of People & Culture at the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia since February 2020. With extensive experience in human resources, Berardo has held key positions such as Executive Vice President of People at Hyperwallet, where oversight of HR functions for over 300 employees was performed, and Director of Human Resources at Absolute Software, leading a team supporting 450+ global employees. Berardo's career includes significant roles at Sledgehammer Games and Activision Blizzard, contributing to recruitment and HR strategy during rapid growth phases. Educational qualifications include a Management Certificate in Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Simon Fraser University. Additionally, Berardo is involved as a Board Director for the TAP Network, focusing on People and Culture within Canada’s tech sector.
