Ricky Grassmuck

Ricky Grassmuck started their work experience in 2011 as a Retail Specialist at Apple Inc, where they were responsible for retail sales of electronics products. Ricky then joined UTMB in 2015 as an IS Support, providing support in information systems. In 2016, they became a Linux Technical Analyst at cPanel, where they worked until 2019. In this role, they were responsible for creating and managing internal development tools and platforms, working closely with developers and QA. Ricky also contributed to the SSP application.

Ricky Grassmuck attended San Jacinto Community College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, Ricky has also obtained two certifications. In January 2021, they became HashiCorp Certified as a Vault Associate, and in November 2021, they obtained the HashiCorp Certified: Consul Associate certification from the institution HashiCorp.
