Ricky Chu

Ricky Chu is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the construction industry. Serving as a Construction Manager at CPB since May 2021, Ricky oversees building projects, managing schedules and finances while ensuring team accountability. Prior to CPB, Ricky held the role of Project Manager at CM Squared, Inc. and co-founded Rayco Energy, leading commercial and multi-family operations in Northern California. Ricky's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Services at New Image Services, where responsibilities involved consulting with over 300 independent construction companies, and as District Manager at College Works Painting. Ricky holds a B.A. in International Relations and Affairs from the University of California, Davis.
