Leisha Martin

Leisha Martin possesses extensive experience in recruitment, particularly within the engineering and technical sectors. Beginning the career as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant at Alphawest from 2003 to 2005, Leisha later worked at Execom Personnel in a similar role until 2009. Leisha advanced to become a Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant at Arnold Technical Recruitment from March 2010 to March 2012, followed by a significant tenure at PGC Group from 2012 to 2021, ultimately serving as Principal Technical Recruitment Consultant. Subsequent roles included Lead Recruitment Consultant at Titan Recruitment from March 2021 to October 2022, Principal Consultant at Inverse-Group from January to June 2023, and Recruitment Specialist at PGC from June 2023 to September 2024.
