Rod Davies is the General Manager Projects at CPC Engineering, a position they have held since 2017. Previously, they served as Manager Project Development and Manager Process at Sedgman from 2013 to 2017, and as Manager Process at Ausenco from 2008 to 2011. Rod began their career as a Study/Project Manager at Thiess between 2006 and 2008. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy at Murdoch University.
