John Self

John Self is a seasoned professional in property development, project and cost management, and construction contracting, boasting over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. They began their career as a quantity surveyor and have owned multiple companies, including The Elliott Thomas Group and Rainsford Developments Limited, which specializes in delivering high-value real estate projects. In 2006, John’s first company was recognized as the 38th fastest growing company in the Sunday Times’ ‘Fast Track 100’. Currently, they co-own AVON Combined Electrical Services Limited and are a partner at CPC Project Services. John holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction from Southampton Polytechnic and South Bank University.
