Steven Smith

Steven Smith is a seasoned professional in programme and project management with over two decades of experience in the rail and construction sectors. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at CPC Project Services since January 2025, Steven brings extensive expertise from previous roles, including Senior Programme Manager at TUSP powered by BMD and Programme Manager at Egis in the UK. Notably, Steven spent nearly two decades at Network Rail, where responsibilities spanned from Programme Manager - Systems Exploitation to managing a team of Business Systems Sponsors Agents. Earlier positions include roles at Balfour Beatty Rail, Planit International, and Tony Gee and Partners. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Studies from The North, Ashford, Kent.
