Andrew Breen

Andrew Breen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew is currently working as the Commercial Director at CPCS – Solutions for Growing Economies since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Internal Operations at the same company from September 2020 to June 2023. Andrew also worked as a Service Manager - Business Operations at Kent County Council from March 2017 to September 2020. Before that, they held the position of Business Development Manager at First Class Partnerships Ltd from August 2016 to February 2017. Lastly, from September 2013 to June 2016, Andrew worked as the Managing Director at Railway Management Services Ltd and as the Operations Manager from March 2009 to August 2013.

Andrew Breen pursued their education at the University of Greenwich from 2005 to 2008. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History.
