Steve Allen

Steve Allen currently serves as Vice President and Engagement Director at CPCS – Solutions for Growing Economies since January 2021. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Senior Associate at First Class Partnerships Ltd (FCP) from April 2018 to January 2021. Steve also served as Chief Financial Officer at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd from October 2015 to March 2018 and as Managing Director of Finance at Transport for London from April 2003 to September 2015. Earlier in the career, Steve was Head of Rail Infrastructure at Abbey National Treasury Services from 2001 to 2003 and Vice President at Citi Investment Banking for the year 2000 to 2001.
