Andreea L. is an experienced professional with a background in data analysis, reporting, and customer service. Currently serving as a Disclosure Operations Officer at CDP since May 2019, Andreea responds to company inquiries related to CDP's questionnaires, manages databases, and conducts user acceptance and end-to-end testing. Previously, as a Data & Reporting Analyst at Elevate Direct from November 2015 to March 2018, Andreea utilized SQL and Mode Analytics to generate reports and dashboards while engaging with customers to meet their reporting needs. Andreea also held various customer service roles at WNS Global Services and Webhelp, supporting clients and candidates.
