Betsy Vincent

Betsy Vincent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and grant management. Currently serving as the Development Manager for Governments at CDP since September 2021, Betsy is the inaugural staff member focused on securing U.S. grant and contract funding. Previously, at The Osborne Association from June 2017 to August 2021, Betsy managed a team of grant writers, successfully raising between $1.5 to $10 million annually for various initiatives. Betsy's earlier roles include Senior Grant Writer and Grant Writer, contributing significantly to grant fundraising efforts with a track record of over $20 million in grants obtained during tenure. Betsy's legal background as a Senior Legal Assistant at Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP provides additional expertise in case management and legal research, complemented by experience as a Research Assistant at UC Berkeley and a reporting role at The Daily Californian. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of California, Berkeley.
