Dennis Wan

Dennis Wan has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Dennis held various roles at Credit Suisse, including Hong Kong Chief Operating Officer and Director of New Business. In these positions, they were responsible for corporate governance, regulatory implementations, and driving philanthropic and sustainability efforts. Dennis also worked as an Accountant at MacIntyre Hudson in London and as a Senior in the Financial Services Group at EY. Currently, they are an Associate Director at CDP, leading capital markets in Southeast Asia & Oceania and global projects.

Dennis Wan began their education at Cheadle Hulme School, where they studied from 1979 to 1989. Dennis then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London, which they completed from 1989 to 1992. In 2021, Dennis attended the University of Cambridge to study Sustainability Business Management, and they are expected to finish their degree in 2022. During the same year, they also completed all certifications in Climate-relevant Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, Metrics & Targets from the TCFD Knowledge Hub and UN SBTi e-Learning. In 2021, they also engaged in a course on Sustainable Development Goals at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
