Emma Chandler

Emma Chandler, MBA, currently serves as Engagement Lead for the Financial Sector at CDP, focusing on net zero and transition plans since May 2023. Previously, Emma worked as an MBA Consultant for UPM Timber, where an effective B2B marketing strategy was developed to position the company as a leader in sustainability. Emma's experience includes various roles at The Friends of Governors Island from March 2016 to May 2022, culminating in senior management positions in development and communications. As a Research Fellow at the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility, Emma contributed to a report on climate lobbying for large corporations. Additional experience includes customer service at Airbnb and administrative roles at Househappy.org and Earth Advantage Institute. Emma holds an MBA from Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lewis & Clark College.
