Farheen Altaf possesses extensive experience in climate change and linguistic consultancy. As a Language Consultant at what3words, Farheen contributed linguistic expertise to develop a global addressing system, including the creation of an Urdu-language world map. At CDP, Farheen held various roles, including Acting Head of Climate, Accounting and Standards - Thought Leadership, where key contributions included guiding the content development of an integrated climate questionnaire. Other notable positions involved serving on the Technical Working Group for the ISO Net Zero Organisations standard, managing climate change projects with a focus on corporate environmental disclosures, and developing a climate disclosure framework for SMEs in collaboration with the We Mean Business Coalition.
