Kate Addison

Kate Addison has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kate began their career at KPMG UK, where they underwent ACA training in financial services audit and worked as an Assistant Manager for five years. Kate then transitioned to contract roles, gaining experience in technical and projects accounting, finance business partnering, and divisional financial controlling across multiple companies. In 2017, Kate joined Bristol Energy as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Kate later moved on to become the Head of Finance at Montessori St Nicholas Charity in 2019.
